When it comes to health and fitness, I have been on both sides of the spectrum. As a collegiate athlete, I had a coaches and trainers that set my schedule and forced me to be in shape. Once those days were finished, I let myself go. I gained over 100lbs after college and thought there wasn't anything I could do about it. I was depressed and lost.
That is when I decided to take control of my mental and physical health. With the help of my family, a therapist and a trainer, I was able to get up off the ground and become the person I wanted to be. Now, I want to help you.
